Lifehaus PLC is a residential property development company operating within a 50-mile radius of Oxford.
Its mission is to deliver commercial returns to shareholders and lead a change in property development, to reduce the impact of residential building on the global environment.
Its developments will be conventional in design, while incorporating Environmentally Responsible Building Methods, which will:
- reduce carbon emissions
- save energy through lower utility bills
- utilise natural materials where possible; and
- incorporate solar panel technology as standard.
The company is already operating and has committed £1.3m in the acquisition of its first two joint venture developments in Bladon and Faringdon (Oxfordshire).
Further funding is being sought through the issue of shares to private and pension investors, to fulfil its business plan. This is to build the equivalent of 404 houses, in joint venture, at a total cost of £133.7m, for a total re-sale value £158.3m.
